Winstead PC is seeking a mid-level associate (3-4 years of experience) for a position with our Corporate, Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing (CCTO) practice group in Dallas. This practice is primarily focused on the aviation industry, handling myriad of sophisticated transactions for the world's largest airlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Corporate Transactions: Experience with transactional work, ideally in the corporate practice group of a large firm or company.
- AmLaw200 experience: We are looking for someone who is familiar with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
- Writing Skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
- Aviation experience: Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset, but is not a requirement.
