Key responsibilities in your new role
- Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries
- Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication
- Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers
- Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer and business needs. A valid US visa is preferred for this role.

- Degree in engineering or related field and understanding of electronic devices (mandatory)
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and device reliability (mandatory) with Failure analysis and field applications experienced highly desired.
- Experience with stress testing and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D (preferred)
- Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts, including process control, FMEA, and OCAP (preferred)
- Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information and supporting customers (mandatory)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

US$ 145,440 - US$ 216,342
