  • Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries

  • Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer and business needs. A valid US visa is preferred for this role.

Salary pay information: Location Indicative salary range San Jose, CA, United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 145,440 - US$ 216,342 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.Customer Quality Manager
