This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As part of a small, passionate team, you will work on launch vehicles, space vehicles, and launch facility systems for New Glenn. This critical role leads the integrated data systems solution required to certify the program in direct support of the National Security Space Launch and NASA programs. You will provide leadership in ensuring the data quality, sharing, maintenance, and customer engagement are successfully implemented to achieve the required certifications for providing launch services for critical national security and civil science payloads.

To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships across the New Glenn program and our US government partners at the US Space Force and NASA. You must be proactive in planning sophisticated products across many technical subject areas while also developing, delivering, and communicating results in support of government certification requests. You must have the resourcefulness and flexibility to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an incredible team member!

Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field
  • Proven experience with integrated data environments or data systems
  • Familiarity with AWS and UI / Application Development
  • Expertise with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
  • Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS), configuration management tools (e.g., Windchill), and secure data-sharing platforms
  • Experience with multi-dimensional data records for manufacturing, quality, configuration management, calibration records, work procedures, master equipment lists, etc.
  • Demonstrate a track record of enforcing data-marking best practices
  • Experience with data platform-specific customer training and engagement metrics
  • Solid understanding of project management and resource planning practices
  • Experience with customer certification or mission assurance practices
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Possess excellent judgment and be comfortable making high-quality and high-velocity decisions
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in product ownership


Base Pay Range for:
CA applicants is $99,201.00 - $138,880.35CO applicants is $90,934.00 - $127,307.25WA applicants is $99,201.00 - $138,880.35
