As the CT BMC Strategic Programs Lead, you will lead communications, engagement and marketing strategies for critical technology transformation and risk initiatives within CT and the broader Growth and Innovation (G&I) pillar.

This is a senior, high-impact role at the heart of EY's AI-first transformation. The initial focus of this role will be security, resilience and trust-building initiatives. Over time, the portfolio will expand to include other strategic priorities across technology as business needs evolve.

Your key responsibilities
  • Strategic program communications leadership: Lead communications, engagement and marketing strategies for CT's highest-priority business, transformation and risk initiatives. Develop integrated approaches that drive awareness, trust, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive advisory and stakeholder engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to CT and G&I leadership, providing strategic counsel on executive communications, change initiatives, complex issues and high-visibility programs.
  • Trust, resilience and reputation: Develop communications strategies that strengthen confidence in CT and EY technology capabilities, standards and operations. Help leaders, client-serving professionals and technologists understand key priorities and the role they play in delivering them.
  • Strategic narrative and messaging: Lead the development of messaging, positioning and narrative frameworks that simplify complex technology topics and align with broader CT and EY priorities.
  • Issues, incident and special-project communications: Provide communications leadership for business-critical issues, emerging risks and strategic programs. Ensure timely, coordinated and effective stakeholder engagement during periods of significant change or heightened visibility.
  • Insight, measurement and continuous improvement: Establish success measures that demonstrate business impact and communication effectiveness. Use audience insights, engagement data and performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies and programs.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Executive presence and strategic influence: Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior leaders within large, highly matrixed global organizations. Ability to build credibility quickly, challenge constructively and operate as a trusted advisor at executive level.
  • Strategic communications leadership: Extensive experience developing enterprise-wide communications and marketing strategies that support transformation, risk management, adoption and business change. Proven ability to align communication activity to measurable organizational outcomes.
  • Technology, transformation and risk awareness: Strong understanding of technology, AI, organizational transformation and risk-related topics, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration: Exceptional ability to build relationships, navigate complexity and influence diverse stakeholder groups across functions, geographies and leadership levels.
  • Storytelling and communication excellence: Outstanding storytelling and editorial and skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Digital and AI fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, digital channels, AI enabled communications and innovative engagement approaches. Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve reach, relevance, efficiency and impact.
  • Global experience: Extensive experience leading and working with global, cross-border communications initiatives, successfully managing multiple complex programmes and stakeholders across geographies, leveraging a strong network.
