Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the asset management sector, particularly in multi-asset environments.
• Recent hands-on experience with diverse security types including Equities, Options, and Futures.
• Proven ability to manage and integrate complex middle and back office functions with accounting systems, preferably SS&C GlobeOp.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile PLM tools, particularly Jira, for project management.
• Ability to assess risks proactively and apply Agile methodologies for mitigation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data management and process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of the order management system (Charles River) with master and position data.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate integration between accounting systems and operational systems.
• Design data models for various strategic data stores including Account Master and Position Master.
• Conduct data analysis and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity.
• Engage in sprint planning, enrich user stories, and oversee backlog management.
• Implement Agile best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring team transparency.
• Mentor colleagues on Agile principles, enhancing team knowledge and performance.
