Specifically, we are looking for candidates who enjoy
analytical writing and analysis, but who are also drawn toward the excitement of
trial advocacy. This role provides a balanced mix of research, writing, hands on litigation and client interface. Our coverage group represents insurance companies in navigating all manner of coverage questions, filing declaratory judgement actions and defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance. Dual licensure in PA and NJ is preferred but not a prerequisite. Depending on interest, consideration could be given to the candidate working out of either our Philadelphia, PA, our Mt Laurel, NJ offices, or a combination of both.
