The Philadelphia office of WSHB, a national civil litigation defense firm recognized for its diversity and inclusivity as well as its progressive culture, is seeking experienced litigators with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters. Requirements:
- You must be admitted in Pennsylvania - no exceptions. Those that are still in law school and/or have not yet taken the bar exam need not apply
- Experience in handling complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting, as well as taking depositions are a must
- Litigation and arbitration experience is required, with trial experience a plus
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Functions effectively as part of a team while having a professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere
