Full Job Description
The Philadelphia office of WSHB, a national civil litigation defense firm recognized for its diversity and inclusivity as well as its progressive culture, is seeking experienced litigators with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters. The position offers opportunities to handle a wide range of practice areas for private clients and public entities in addition to an innovative bonus structure, a collaborative working environment, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:
    • You must be admitted in Pennsylvania - no exceptions. Those that are still in law school and/or have not yet taken the bar exam need not apply
    • Experience in handling complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting, as well as taking depositions are a must
    • Litigation and arbitration experience is required, with trial experience a plus
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong client relationship skills
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
    • Functions effectively as part of a team while having a professional and pleasant demeanor
    • Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere
