COUNSELLOR

We are looking for a full-time Counsellor to join our team.

Language required: English

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location.

Wage: $40.00 per hour

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Interview clients and assess personal, social and emotional concerns
Develop and implement counselling and intervention programs
Provide guidance and support to individuals and families
Conduct risk and needs assessments
Maintain client files and case documentation
Assist clients in developing coping and life-management skills
Refer clients to appropriate community and healthcare resources
Prepare reports and recommendations
Facilitate support groups and educational sessions
Participate in case management meetings

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
