Position OverviewAs a Corporate Facilities Manager I within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Indianapolis, IN
The Corporate Facilities Manager I manages a portfolio of approximately 29 properties, including 28 retail branches and one major office facility, with a focus on maintaining safe, functional, code-compliant, and cost-effective operations. This role influences property performance to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense levels while ensuring an exceptional workplace experience for employees and customers.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of facilities operations, including vendor and contractor oversight, work order management, preventive maintenance, and project execution. The role is accountable for developing and managing annual operating budgets, as well as capital and expense project plans for assigned properties.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with line-of-business leaders, end users, regional management, and Market Operations Managers (MOMs). Serving as the primary facilities contact for assigned locations, this individual will regularly visit properties to assess building conditions, address operational needs, and ensure service excellence.
This position leads and coordinates a variety of property-related projects, including renovations, reconfigurations, consolidations, and space planning initiatives. The Corporate Facilities Manager I ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
Additional responsibilities include implementing site-specific facility strategies and managing occupancy-related activities such as employee moves, onboarding support, and workspace changes.
This is a highly field-focused role requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory and a strong on-site presence. The Corporate Facilities Manager I serves as the primary escalation point for facility-related emergencies and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to urgent building, safety, operational, and business continuity issues as needed.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, attention to detail, and impeccable follow-through. The ideal candidate will possess experience in facilities management, project management, vendor management, budgeting, and building operations, while demonstrating the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
Job Description- Manages physical properties in assigned region and influences the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level.
- Ensure properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manages vendors and contractors. Prepares annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for property.
- Maintains relationships with existing end users, regional management hierarchy and market operations managers (MOMs). Communicates with line of business heads for assigned buildings. Visits each facility as required with a minimum of once each year.
- Implements building-unique facility strategic plans. Executes a facility's churn process (including new hires) for up to 10 people.
- Oversees property related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations. Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
