Ursinus College seeks an accomplished, forward-looking Controller to play a pivotal role in the College's financial stewardship and long-term sustainability. At a moment when the College is aligning its resources with its ambitions, the Controller will ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and trusted and that the accounting operation provides a strong foundation for consequential institutional decisions.
This is an opportunity to bring both technical excellence and strategic perspective to a residential liberal arts college with a clear sense of mission and an ambitious vision for its future. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Controller will lead the College's accounting operations, strengthen internal controls and financial reporting, and help translate complex financial information into insights that inform planning, investment, and resource allocation.

This is a full-time position that will be performed on site in Pennsylvania. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The College also offers a generous benefits package.
