Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, reconciliations, and financial processes.
Oversee billing and revenue recognition, ensuring alignment between statements of work, service delivery, and invoicing.
Analyze project profitability, service delivery costs, margins, and operational performance.
Oversee accounting across Canadian and U.S. entities, including intercompany transactions, foreign exchange, and consolidation.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and coordinate tax filings with external advisors.
Lead and coordinate internal accounting resources and external finance partners.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration as opportunities arise.
