Develop a deep understanding of current client MSAs to support efficient contract intake, drafting, and negotiation of client-related documents.

Maintain, update, and improve our standard form agreements, templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks, helping make contracting processes simpler and more efficient.
Work with the Central Operations team and support the global Legal team, including escalating non-standard terms, high-risk issues, and complex legal questions to senior Legal team members as appropriate.
