POSITION SUMMARY

The Contract Manager is responsible for the overall management, direction, and performance of security operations under the contract. This position ensures compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. The Contract Manager provides oversight of contract administration, quality assurance, personnel management, and client relations, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract activities.

This position is for a proposal.

PAY-$165, 000/yr

RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Ensure all personnel perform duties in accordance with contract requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain quality of services, timely delivery of contract requirements, cost control, and compliance with government reporting obligations.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to all personnel assigned under the contract.
  • Ensure all contract equipment, property, and assets are properly maintained, tracked, safeguarded, and accounted for.
  • Plan and manage projects, allocate resources effectively, develop contingency plans, and operate within established budgets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring all deliverables meet the standards and requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective investigations of reported incidents, complaints, or allegations.
  • Manage day-to-day security operations and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Work in an office-based environment with regular interaction with contract personnel and client representatives.
  • Be available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and respond to client or operational requirements within 30 minutes by phone or in person.
  • Be available after normal business hours, weekends, and holidays, with a response time of no more than two (2) hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience. The specialized experience includes:
    • Contract management supporting Armed Security Services, Military Security Services, or Law Enforcement Services contracts.
    • Project development and implementation from planning and inspection through deployment.
    • Management and control of funds, personnel, and resources utilizing complex reporting systems.
    • Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military, or business management experience, which demonstrates capacity to effectively manage a security force and contract/task order equivalent to scope, magnitude and complexity.
  • Current Top-Secret Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
  • Prior experience managing federal government security contracts.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and contract performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
