  • Key driver in establishing reporting and analytics strategies and capabilities in global CDP transformation.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality data products.

  • Support user adoption and training to promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data product capabilities.

What You will Bring:

  • Functional knowledge of Retail, Supply Chain, or Consumer domains, with an understanding of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver data products in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance, data engineering, and data architecture principles.
  • Experience in Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and data platforms like Databricks and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile development workflows
