What you'll be doingTechnology Enablement within Credit Processing Services helps drive the tools, processes, and change initiatives that support effective and resilient operations. As a Consultant, Technology Enablement, you'll lead key initiatives from planning through execution by gathering and clarifying business requirements, shaping practical solutions, and supporting successful delivery. You'll develop and coordinate test plans with technology partners and business stakeholders to help ensure changes are implemented effectively and with minimal disruption. You'll build strong relationships across teams, manage stakeholder communications, and support alignment on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. You'll also play an important role in production issue management, helping to assess impacts, coordinate responses, and support timely resolution. In this role, you'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology environment, including supporting enhancements related to the ACBS application.

How you'll succeed- Initiative Delivery - Lead assigned initiatives from intake to execution by clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies, and helping move work forward in partnership with business and technology teams.
- Requirements Management - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements to support well-defined solutions that align with operational and stakeholder needs.
- Test Planning & Coordination - Develop test plans, coordinate testing activities with partners, track outcomes, and support issue resolution to help ensure quality implementation.
- Stakeholder Management - Build trusted relationships with partners across the business and technology teams, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting informed decision-making.
- Production Issue Support - Coordinate the investigation and management of production issues by assessing impacts, engaging the right partners, and helping drive timely resolution and follow-up actions.
