The Construction Supervisor - Electrical offers an opportunity to elevate your electrical career while working on some of the most technically advanced, mission-critical data center projects in the industry. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee electrical construction activities involving medium-voltage systems, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and critical power distribution infrastructure that supports high-performance computing environments. You will lead field crews, coordinate across trades, and ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NEC and project requirements. Job requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with proven experience working on medium voltage systems, switchgears, and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical plans, and blueprints.
• Exceptional supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with managers, peers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Proficient in applying local electrical codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Other important requirements:

• Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
• Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the work site daily or have plans to relocate before starting work.
• Must be comfortable working a rotational schedule, which includes day and night shifts as well as weekend work, based on project needs.
• Employees working night shifts will receive a 15% premium added to their hourly rate only for hours worked during night shifts.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by administering and adhering to company safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
• Delegate and perform work based on blueprints, charts, tables, work orders, and verbal instructions; organize assigned tasks from start to finish.
• Supervise all activities of electricians and apprentices to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues by installing or replacing wiring, devices, and components in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine jobsite inspections and evaluate the performance of the electrical team.
• Communicate clearly with other trades, team members, subcontractors, and customers regarding job progress, needs, and concerns.

Compensation

• The expected hourly rate for this role is $59.00 USD.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications.
• Per Diem amount of $180.00 and project allowance, when applicable
• 15% night-shift premium for eligible roles, when applicable
• Overtime compensation for non-exempt workers for hours worked over 40 per week
• Relocation and Living-out-allowance (as applicable and based on successful candidate circumstances)
