Full Job Description
Community Marketer

Location: Remote (US) or NYC (in-person, hybrid), with travel up to ~25%

Compensation: $90K-$120K + Equity
About The Role

We are hiring a Community Marketer to be the face of Passage in the ABA community. This is a high-energy, externally-facing role for someone who genuinely loves the people who make up this industry - BCBAs, clinical directors, owner-operators, association leaders - and knows how to build real, lasting relationships with them.

You will represent Passage at the conferences and convenings where the ABA community shows up, plan and organize events that bring our customers and prospects together, and turn relationships into reputation. Your work will fuel pipeline, strengthen our brand, and ensure Passage is the name people in ABA mention first when the conversation turns to better software for autism care.

This role can be based remotely in the US or hybrid out of our NYC office, with travel up to ~25% of the time to conferences, customer sites, and Passage offsites.
What You'll Do
  • Own Passage's event strategy and calendar - deciding which ABA conferences, association events, and regional convenings we show up at, and how
  • Represent Passage at industry conferences - staffing booths, leading conversations, and turning attendees into a real network
  • Plan and execute Passage-hosted events end-to-end: dinners, roundtables, customer meetups, and conference side events that the ABA community actually wants to attend
  • Run event logistics with care - venues, vendors, invites, RSVPs, on-site experience, and follow-up - so every Passage event feels considered and high-quality
  • Build and steward relationships with key voices in the ABA community - clinicians, owner-operators, and industry organizations - so Passage becomes the name people trust and refer
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to convert community engagement into pipeline, content, customer references, and case studies
  • Work with the Director of Marketing on our presence in ABA online communities, Slack groups, LinkedIn networks, and industry publications - showing up where the conversation is happening
  • Track event ROI, community signals, and pipeline impact, and bring those insights back into how we plan and prioritize
  • Translate industry trends, news cycles, and emerging signals into clear, differentiated perspectives that shape our community and brand narrative.
What You'll Bring
  • Genuine excitement about the mission of improving autism care
  • A natural extrovert who genuinely energizes from being in the room with people, working a conference floor, and starting conversations with strangers
  • Direct experience working in or with the ABA industry is strongly preferred, with an existing network of BCBAs, clinical directors, or owner-operators you can call on
  • A track record of planning and running events end-to-end - from intimate customer dinners to large industry conferences - with a strong eye for the details that make events memorable
  • Sharp organizational and project management instincts; you can juggle multiple events and engagements at different stages without dropping anything
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write a compelling event invite, deliver a clean booth pitch, and represent Passage on a panel
  • Comfortable with travel up to ~25% of the time and a flexible approach to event-driven work weeks
  • High ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Why Passage Health
  • As an early employee, you will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the company and our users.
  • Make an impact on families and providers nationwide
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that offers new challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Competitive salary and equity compensation.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
