Position Summary: Commercial Project EngineerA Commercial Project Engineer is proficient at working in commercial environments to
deliver impactful and effective system documentation. They are the technical expert to the Tech Ops team through the lifecycle of a project. They are responsible to ensure a project is executed with excellence as well as meets all design requirements laid out in the scope of work. This is done through comprehensive design review, bill of materials accuracy review and augmentation, scope of work review, as well as executing detailed project documentation.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: - Be the technical Liaison for the Tech Ops team.
- Interface & maintain ongoing dialogue for projects with Clients, Sales, CAD, and Tech Ops
team members - Ensure well executed system installation through detailed documentation packages, including but not limited to:
- AutoCAD drawings
- IP and network documentation
- System commissioning documentation
- Change order and RFI documentation and scopes of work
- Identify all cabling and miscellaneous material needs
- Direct technical teams on installation challenges
- Project manager liaison for engineering inquires
- Assist and perform ongoing technical assessment, and support for tech ops during
integration, install, & commissioning - Meet with vendors/prospective vendors to help evaluate products
- Writing and commissioning digital signal processing programming
- Other duties assigned as needed
To join our band, you'll need the following experience:- CTS and/or CTS-D preferred
- 5+ years' experience in AV systems design
- Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of AV experience plus a four-year degree or military experience may
also be considered - A thorough, demonstrable understanding of systems integration techniques
- Skilled in the use of Computer aided drafting software
- MS Office - able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access proficiently without training
Travel Requirements:- Occasional travel may be required dependent on business needs

Pay Rate: $125,000 - $145,000/ yr depending on background and experience.
