We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027. In summary, you will be a true extension of the team: you'll own real tasks from day one, track how our commercial use cases are progressing against their KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team.
Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership.
Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team.
Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure.
Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift.
Requirements:
Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field; must be graduating within one year.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $40 - $45/hr.
