We are looking for a motivated litigator whothrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take on meaningfulresponsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys.
The ideal candidate isproactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling significant caseresponsibility. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, direct clientinteraction, and the opportunity to grow within a firm that valuesentrepreneurship, teamwork, and long-term career development.
Responsibilities:- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Preparing pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Appearing in court for hearings and conferences
- Managing matters from inception through resolution
- Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy\
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in general commercial litigation and/or construction litigation
- Experience in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred:
- Employment litigation
- Multi-party litigation
- Construction defense
- Property-casualty loss matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience managing cases with increasing independence
- Admission to the Georgia Bar required
