We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to help businesses identify their insurance needs, develop strong customer relationships, and provide commercial insurance solutions.
This is a Wisconsin statewide opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely.
What You'll Do- Work with business owners and commercial customers to understand their insurance needs
- Assess risks and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Generate and develop commercial insurance opportunities
- Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
- Prepare and present insurance proposals
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Build a strong commercial book of business
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer relationship
- Work independently while collaborating with the agency and insurance partners
What We're Looking For- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Commercial insurance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional approach to working with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Compensation$80,000-$120,000 annuallyCompensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the opportunity.
Remote & Statewide FlexibilityThis position is open to qualified candidates anywhere in Wisconsin.
You can work remotely while serving commercial customers throughout the state.
