What You'll Do- Develop and execute strategies to grow your agency
- Generate new business and build relationships within the community
- Recruit, train, and develop agency team members
- Coach your team toward sales and customer-service goals
- Oversee agency operations and performance
- Build and maintain a strong customer base
- Identify opportunities to expand the agency's product offerings
- Create a culture focused on accountability, service, and growth
- Work with your District Manager to establish and execute your agency business plan
Income Potential $150,000 - $200,000+ annually Agency-owner income is performance-based and can vary depending on agency production, expenses, profitability, and overall business results.
