- Leading all project phases: pre-construction planning, buyout, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and city officials
- Proactively managing risk and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met
- Serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
