Full Job Description
The Cloud Administrator provides operational support across cloud environments, ensuring stable, secure, and well-maintained infrastructure. This role focuses heavily on administering and operating the Turbot platform, supporting migrations, refining cloud environments, and coordinating O&M activities with system and project teams.

The Work:
  • Use automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, GraphQL, or similar.
    • Install, upgrade, configure, and operate the Turbot solution for AWS.
    • Configure and maintain core services including authentication, monitoring, security, and configuration management to support environment stand-up and migrations.
    • Support deployment and configuration of monitoring tools for AWS/Azure across Windows and Linux.
    • Create and maintain automation scripts and gold images.
    • Report on infrastructure health and maintain production operations manuals (POMs).
    • Use enterprise cloud tools, CSP portals, and approved TRM tooling to support VA applications.

    • Strong understanding of system administration fundamentals and secure environment practices.
    • Experience with Terraform and/or GraphQL.

    • Federal contracting experience
    • Configuration tools: Chef, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes
