About the Role:Join First Day Homecare as a Clinical Supervisor in sunny Ft Lauderdale, FL! In this dynamic role, you will lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring quality care for our clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery within the scope of services of the Agency and all applicable policies, standards, laws, and state Nurse Practice Act.
Reports To: Director of Clinical Services (or Administrator in the absence of a Director of Clinical Services)
Provide Supervision To : All direct care staff
Schedule / Expected Work Hours:- Initially the role will be Per-Diem and shortly after can be transitioned to Part-Time or Full-Time

- The position may require occasional weekend or evening visits to client homes and participation in a clinical on-call rotation.
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
- Active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in home health.
- Proven leadership skills with at least One (1) year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities1. Manages a team of clinical staff consisting of RNs, LPN/LVNs, and HHAs, ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
2. Available at needed times to provide support and assure quality care delivery to home care clients.
3. Receives referrals, determines services required, develops care plans and Agency's ability to meet needs.
4. Meet regularly with clinical staff to provide guidance, set goals, and evaluate progress. Assigns appropriate clinicians to cases.
5. Attend clinical meetings to facilitate care coordination and participate in on-call rotation.
6. Support staff, clients, and families by providing direction on healthcare resources and educating them on clinical policies.
7. Participates in clinical on-call rotation as requested by the Agency, providing telephone support to clients as needed.
8. Completes client admissions and client care visits or shifts as directed by the Director of Clinical Services or Administrator.
9. Educates Agency staff on clinical services, policies, and procedures as needed.
10. Assist with staff hiring, orientation, onboarding, skills assessments, training, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
11. Assists with marketing and public relations as directed by the Administrator or Director of Clinical Services.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
