Job Description: Clinical Supervisor for Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency CSOSA, Washington, DC 20002
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to all direct service staff, including Clinical Psychologists and Master's Level Clinicians, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, ethical standards, and CSOSA requirements.
• Conduct case file reviews, case file audits, crisis intervention consultations, and review and approve written clinical documentation.
• Provide regular clinical supervision, which includes face-to-face discussions, performance observations, clinical staffing, review of documentation, and annual performance evaluations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with CSOSA staff and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure that at least 25% of all CSOSA cases managed by each direct staff member are reviewed and signed off by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Oversee and participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, monitoring the effectiveness of clinical interventions and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support the orientation, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper disposition of all treatment files in accordance with federal regulations and CSOSA protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances in coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice in the appropriate discipline.
• Minimum of five years (within the past seven) of verifiable experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a psychological program, including experience with behavioral health and co-occurring disorders.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization.
Additional Requirements:
• Successful completion of CSOSA and federal background checks.
• Completion of all required CSOSA security, confidentiality, and information security/privacy training prior to commencing work.
• Willingness to work onsite at CSOSA facilities in Washington, DC 20002, and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
