Here, you will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.  The Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology Infusion supports pharmacy services within the Taussig Cancer Center, serving a high-volume oncology patient population across inpatient, outpatient infusion, decentralized, and remote care settings. This well-balanced role offers unique exposure to multiple areas of oncology pharmacy practice, including order verification, direct provider support, sterile compounding oversight, and advanced pharmacy technology, including two large-scale chemotherapy robotics systems. Pharmacists rotate through a variety of responsibilities, including remote and floor-based order verification, real-time clinical triage and provider collaboration within infusion treatment areas, in-pharmacy operational support, IV robotics oversight, chemotherapy product verification, and quality assurance of sterile medication preparations. Unlike many oncology infusion roles, this position also offers opportunities to cross-train into inpatient oncology staffing and decentralized clinical coverage, providing broad professional development and exposure to diverse patient care environments. A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday on a rotating day-shift schedule, which may include shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 7:30am to 3:30pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm, 9:00am to 5:00pm, or 10:30am to 7:00pm, with the later shift occurring approximately five weeks per year. This role includes an every-eighth-weekend rotation from 7:00am to 3:00pm and participation in a holiday rotation of one holiday per year, alternating between major and minor holidays.
