Position Overview:

The Seller Engagement organization is seeking a Client Relationship Professional to support seller servicer clients through a combination of relationship management, sales support, and operational execution. Unique to this Client Relationship role is an added responsibility of supporting seller servicer clients with technology integration expertise. This role will be closely partner with sales executives, pod (regional team) leadership, internal business partners, customers, and vendors to advocate for client needs, drive business outcomes, and help lenders adopt Freddie Mac tools and technology solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted client-facing resource and internal coordinator, supporting strategic account execution while also managing implementation activities that improve lender efficiency, product adoption, and overall client satisfaction.

Success is defined by the ability to support account strategy, manage tactical client needs, resolve issues, monitor contracts and routine processes, and guide customers through successful technology adoption and integration. The role directly supports Freddie Mac's mission by helping clients achieve business objectives tied to tool adoption, ROE, affordable lending, market coverage, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction.

Your Impact:

In this role, the successful candidate will provide valuable sales, relationship, operational, and technology support to an assigned account base. The position will impact client satisfaction, seller engagement, product adoption, and increased business with Freddie Mac by coordinating account execution, resolving client issues, supporting implementation plans, and translating customer feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Serve as a primary client-facing resource for assigned sellers, supporting relationship management, client satisfaction, and account execution in partnership with Sales Executives and POD leadership.
  • Support strategic account plans by coordinating meeting preparation, client follow-up, Salesforce updates, issue resolution, contract monitoring, and routine business processes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, Freddie Mac strategic objectives, and the seller technology roadmap.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal business partners to facilitate technology adoption, implementation planning, integration testing, and successful delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Conduct process reviews to identify opportunities to embed, optimize, and expand Freddie Mac tools and functionality within the customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on integration efforts, outcomes, client feedback, and adoption progress to support continuous improvement.
  • Support successful technical integrations from the Seller and the Seller's technologies into the Freddie Mac toolsets.


Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of related professional experience in the primary or secondary mortgage market, seller engagement, client relationship management, technology implementation, or equivalent GSE experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage accounts, client activity, pipeline updates, and follow-up actions.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and business technology platforms used to support client engagement and implementation tracking.


Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to engage effectively across clients, vendors, Sales, Operations, Technology, and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes, resolve issues, and translate feedback into improvement opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop implementation plans, define success metrics, manage milestones, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Freddie Mac tools, technology solutions, secondary mortgage market fundamentals, and lender mortgage origination processes is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple client, account, and technology initiatives under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and professional polish.

  • Serve as chief of staff for assigned Sales Executives, including meeting preparation and planning, client follow-up, Salesforce management, backup support, account documentation, and coordination of client needs.
  • Understand assigned accounts, territories, POD priorities, and strategic plans, and collaborate with Sales Executives and leadership to execute against business objectives.
  • Maintain strong satisfaction levels from Account Executives, Directors of Sales, leadership, CRM management, technology partners, cross-divisional teams, and external clients.
  • Provide tactical support including issue resolution, contract monitoring, process coordination, implementation tracking, technology adoption support, and customer feedback management.
  • Work effectively across Client, Sales, Customer Focus, Technology, Operations, vendors, and Seller Engagement teams while demonstrating self-discipline, flexibility, resourcefulness, and accountability through change.
  • Provide periodic coverage during West Coast business hours to support client needs, implementation activities, issue resolution, and time-sensitive requests.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
