  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support the development and execution of the product lifecycle management process for the platform. Work closely with internal and external clients to road test and validate proposed solutions, identify enhancement opportunities, and develop recommendations on product priorities and feature sequencing based on client needs, business objectives, and strategic goals. Serve as the voice of the customer to the delivery team, resolving queries as they arise, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned, and partnering with internal customers to bring the platform to market.
  • Platform Management & Governance: Improve the Platform Management operating model, governance framework, and management systems, including planning, performance management, policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Establish mechanisms that promote accountability, transparency, effective prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with operational, technology, and business stakeholders to identify and drive improvements in client experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and risk management, including through process automation and orchestration of connectivity and onboarding workflows.
