Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 7+ years of relevant experience with a focus on project leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical expertise in project budgeting
• Familiarity with client standards and Quality Control processes
• Valid driver's license for worksite visits
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the country
