The jobYou work directly with me on whatever matters most that week. Some weeks that's the fundraise. Some weeks it's fixing a broken team, pricing a new product, or closing a deal. You own it until it's done. Over time, this seat leads to running a line of the business yourself.

- Lead capital raising with me: model, data room, narrative, investor pipeline
- Take on the hardest projects in the company, start to finish, including M&A and Shadow
- Be my second brain: decide what needs me, and handle what doesn't
- Make the company faster with AI, starting with your own work

- 2 to 7 years in investment banking, consulting, or a fund, where you've lived in models and closed real deals

- You can earn the trust of senior leaders and push them without a title doing it for you
- You finish things nobody asked you to finish
- Low ego, high bar
- In NYC, in the office
