We are looking for a Head of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to improve how the company operates, communicates, hires, and scales.This role is ideal for someone who loves people, process, and execution.
What You'll Do- Own and improve core people and business operations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives
- Drive company-wide planning, goal tracking, and internal communications
- Coordinate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on priorities
- Build and document scalable processes across teams
- Support HR, culture, compliance, and administrative functions as needed
- Lead special projects that improve organizational effectiveness
Who You Are- 8+ years in operations, people operations, HR, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who can work across all levels of the company
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Passionate about building great teams and company culture
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
