The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a highly strategic, execution-focused, and operationally savvy leader who serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This person acts as an integrator across functions, a right-hand to the CEO (but not a gatekeeper) and an internal accelerator to company-wide priorities. The Chief of Staff brings world-class organizational skills, executive-level judgment, and emotional intelligence to bear across a diverse and high-leverage portfolio of strategic, operational, and cross-functional responsibilities.

This role is ideal for a seasoned high-performing generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can think strategically for near and long-term, and brings structure for scale. This individual will spend two years in a Chief of Staff role and then, based on interest and capabilities, land in a high impact operating role within the company.

Please Note: This is a hybrid role, with three (3) in-office days in our Santa Clara, CA offices each week to foster collaboration and connection.

Program Execution & Project Management - Lead execution of high-leverage initiatives to the CEO - Serve as temporary owner for unstaffed experimental projects

Strategic Partnerships - Foster relationships throughout the company and most critically with the executive team -Create cross-functional alignment for effective collaboration and deliverables

What Success Looks Like

First Month - Onboard deeply into strategy and operations - Shadow key leaders; listen and observe CEO and E-team workflows

First 3 Months - Implement OKR + weekly E-team meeting cadence - Recommend and implement CEO playbook to improve operations and impact

First 6 Months - Lead execution of strategic initiatives - Own board prep, QBRs, other initiatives

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies - Strategic Thinking - Execution & Rigor - Organizational Design & Ops - Emotional Intelligence - Communication & Influence - Cross-Functional Leadership - Confidentiality & Discretion

Attributes - Humble, curious, high ownership - Hyper responsive - Detail-oriented, structured - Calm under pressure - Sound judgment and strong anticipation of future workloads and dependencies

Experience - 6-8 years' experience with strategy consulting and/or business operations experience a plus - Experience and comfort with executive level - Proven project leadership track record
