Full Job Description
Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO
As Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO, you will serve as the execution backbone for CreatorIQ as we evolve into CreatorIQ OS, an AI-native operating system for the creator economy. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, you will connect strategy to execution across product, engineering, data, and go-to-market while partnering with the CEO on board, M&A, and strategic matters. This full-time role has no direct reports and drives outcomes through enterprise influence.
In this role, you'll get to:
Design and run CreatorIQ's operating cadence, including Executive Leadership Team meetings, quarterly objectives, strategic initiative reviews, decision hygiene, accountability, and cross-functional escalation.
Integrate and drive enterprise initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Services, and Marketing, ensuring priorities reach delivery.
Increase execution throughput and reliability through milestone tracking, weekly reviews, prioritization, clear kill-or-commit decisions, and delivery accountability that reduce cycle time and improve predictability.
Partner with the CEO and CFO on resource allocation, headcount prioritization, cross-functional capacity, initiative portfolio choices, and organizational adjustments that support strategic priorities.
Own the operating narrative, analysis, and materials for board meetings, and present alongside the CEO on execution performance, operational progress, and strategic initiatives.
Serve as a core member of the M&A team, coordinating diligence, integration planning, and post-close cross-functional execution.
Co-own annual and long-range planning with the CEO and CFO, and advise the CEO on go-to-market strategy, commercial model evolution, retention, and pricing and packaging.
Strengthen organizational clarity by clarifying ownership, resolving cross-functional friction, reinforcing accountability, communicating priorities, and representing the Office of the CEO credibly in internal and external forums.
Who you are and what you'll need for this position:
Proven operator credibility driving complex cross-functional execution in a high-growth SaaS environment and turning strategic priorities into delivered outcomes.
Deep go-to-market and revenue operations fluency, including revenue organization design, pipeline governance, retention, and how commercial performance connects to broader business outcomes.
Executive presence and judgment to operate alongside senior leadership, engage credibly with the board, challenge assumptions, facilitate decisions, and drive alignment.
Strong platform and product orientation, with the ability to partner credibly with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders and understand platform strategy, data infrastructure, AI-native product evolution, and SaaS pricing and packaging.
Strategic judgment to balance speed with rigor and contribute meaningfully to M&A, organizational design, and strategic planning.
Ability to create clarity in ambiguity, establish operating discipline, resolve friction, and hold teams accountable while building trust.
Sponsors and prioritizes responsible AI adoption, secures needed support and resources, and ensures AI initiatives deliver business value while following governance standards.
Ability to travel as needed for board, M&A, strategic planning, and other high-priority company matters.
