What we built
Every wireless device in a building already broadcasts a continuous signal. Phones, wearables, machines, sensors. Nobody has ever built the infrastructure to read it. We did.
The Mitalmor Group has built a passive RF spatial intelligence platform. A single node replaces a standard enterprise WiFi access point and, from that same ceiling mount, identifies, locates, and authenticates every wireless device in range with sub-10cm accuracy across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID simultaneously. No tags. No cameras. No app. No opt-in.
Twenty issued patents. A working prototype validated at sub-10cm accuracy. One node replaces three to four legacy real-time location systems at a fraction of the cost, because it arrives inside a WiFi refresh line item instead of a new capital project.
Where we actually are
A very small founding team. Pre-revenue. Prototype validated, seed not yet closed. No sales team, no customer base, no commercial playbook exists yet.
This is a builder's seat, not a management seat. If that sounds like the wrong stage for you, it probably is, and better to know now than in month three.
The role
We are hiring the CEO who takes a validated hardware platform and turns it into a company. Enterprise WiFi created Cisco. Mobile created Qualcomm. The physical intelligence layer, the layer that tells software where things actually are in the real world, has never had a platform company. That is the opportunity.
You will own the beachhead decision (retail loss prevention, healthcare asset visibility, commercial real estate, corrections, financial services compliance, or supply chain custody, six markets with real funded pain, and you make the call on where we go first), the first enterprise customers (pilots, LOIs, referenceable accounts, sourced from your own relationships, not cold outreach), the seed raise (pipeline, data room, term sheet, close, with the co-founders standing beside you in every room that matters), the commercial engine (pricing, packaging, channel, sales motion, built from nothing), the executive team (VP Sales, VP Product, VP Engineering, and the bench through Series A), and the board and P&L.
Who tends to thrive here
Operators who do not need the technology explained. Five minutes with the platform and they start naming accounts.
Strongly encouraged to apply: candidates with backgrounds in supply chain visibility and asset tracking, industrial IoT and operational intelligence, RFID and item-level inventory intelligence, warehouse and logistics automation, loss prevention and asset security technology, healthcare RTLS and clinical asset management, enterprise wireless and networking infrastructure, or defense-adjacent and dual-use hardware-software platforms.
Strong candidates have typically sold into VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, security, and asset management buyers, often inside the same deal. They have built a commercial motion from zero and know what a signed LOI is worth and what it costs to get one.
Qualifications
Compensation
Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually following the seed close, commensurate with stage and experience, with a material step-up at Series A. Meaningful founding equity commensurate with a CEO role at this stage. Performance bonus eligibility post-raise. All details, including equity structure, vesting, and bonus mechanics, are discussed over the course of conversations, as raise size and other factors are taken into account.
Our team will look into this right away.
