Chief Executive Officer

Most companies describe a problem. We solved one nobody else saw.

For decades, every building on earth has been broadcasting a continuous stream of intelligence. Every wireless device in range, phones, wearables, machines, sensors, broadcasting location and behavior in real time, every second of every day. Hospitals. Warehouses. Factory floors. Retail stores. All of it broadcasting. None of it being read.

We built the receiver.

Our platform replaces standard enterprise WiFi with a single ceiling-mount node that passively turns every wireless device in range into a continuously updated picture of physical reality. Sub-10cm 3D positioning across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID simultaneously. No tags. No cameras. No opt-in. No separate infrastructure required. Every deployment is a WiFi upgrade that also makes the entire floor visible in real time.

The patents are issued. The technology is proven. The product roadmap is defined. The founding team is in place. What does not yet exist is the operator who closes the seed, signs the first customers, and builds the commercial engine that turns this into the defining platform for physical-world intelligence.

That is why we are here.

This is a rare kind of opportunity.

The operators who thrive in this role have spent their careers making physical operations visible, trackable, and intelligent. They can look at a platform that passively sees every device in a building without tags or cameras and immediately understand what it means for every customer they have ever sold to.

They have built companies in supply chain visibility, asset tracking, RFID, industrial IoT, loss prevention, or healthcare RTLS. They know what it actually takes to get an enterprise LOI signed in a market without an existing commercial playbook.

They have raised institutional capital before, know which partners to call and why those partners will pick up, and are energized by a zero-to-one opportunity.

If that describes your background and the kind of work that gets you out of bed in the morning, we want to hear from you.

What you will own

This is a full CEO seat with full ownership of the company's outcomes from day one.

• The seed raise: investor pipeline, data room, diligence management, term sheet negotiation, and close
• The first customers: pilots, LOIs, and referenceable enterprise accounts across retail loss prevention, healthcare asset tracking, and enterprise operational intelligence
• The go-to-market motion: built from scratch across markets that do not yet have an established commercial playbook
• The team: VP of Sales, VP of Product, CTO or VP of Engineering, and the full executive bench through Series A
• The board: governance, independent director recruiting at Series A, and investor reporting discipline
• The P&L: financial planning, runway management, and the operational cadence to scale without losing speed
• The narrative: every investor, customer, defense stakeholder, and partner conversation, from a retail CFO to a sovereign wealth fund to a defense program office

The co-founders remain actively engaged and will stand beside you on fundraising, relationships, and strategic positioning. You will not be alone. But you will be in front.
