President & CEO, Pre-Seed Deep Tech Company

Every major wireless transition has produced exactly one platform company. WiFi produced Cisco. Mobile produced Qualcomm. The physical intelligence layer, the layer that tells every other system where things actually are in the real world, has never had one.

We're a pre-seed deep tech company that built the missing piece: a passive RF sensing platform that turns any enterprise WiFi deployment into a real-time, sub-10cm 3D map of every device in the building, across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID, with no tags, no cameras, and no opt-in required. Twenty issued patents. A validated working prototype.

We are looking for a President and CEO to lead the company from this point forward: close the seed round, land the first enterprise customers, and build the commercial function.

Company stage, honestly: small founding team, prototype validated, pre-revenue, seed not yet closed. This is a ground-floor role for someone who has done this before and wants to do it again.

Primary responsibilities: deciding which of six funded-pain markets to enter first (retail loss prevention, healthcare asset visibility, commercial real estate, corrections, financial services compliance, supply chain custody); running the seed raise end to end; signing the first pilots and LOIs through personal relationships; building the executive team; owning the board relationship and the P&L.

Ideal background: prior CEO, President, or founder of a hardware-software, IoT, or supply chain intelligence company with verifiable commercial or exit outcomes. Direct, partner-level relationships with institutional investors. Experience selling into enterprise operations, supply chain, IT, or asset management buyers. Comfortable in defense-adjacent and dual-use environments.

Qualifications:

• Verifiable track record as CEO, President, or founder with commercial or exit outcomes
• Direct institutional fundraising experience and investor relationships
• Experience building a commercial motion in a market with no existing playbook
• Technical fluency in RF sensing, wireless infrastructure, or spatial data platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 base annually starting at seed close, stepping up at Series A, plus founding equity and post-raise bonus eligibility.
