Position: Chief Development Officer (CDO) - NOC 00012
Company: Wafr Technologies Ltd. (dba Wafr)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time in office.
Salary: $160,000 per year
Benefits: Extended Health Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Language: English
Location of Work: 708-1201 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1W7. Must be available to travel within Canada to oversee outside projects and work sites.

Job Requirements
1) University degree in engineering, business administration, commerce, computer science or other related discipline;
2) Min. 5 years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services;
3) Experience with Data Center MEP Fit out and Commissioning;
4) Proven project management expertise or PMP designation.

Job Duties
- Work directly with engineering and IT teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables of data centre infrastructure projects
- Oversee day-to-day progress of data centre infrastructure projects to ensure quality, on budget and timely delivery
- Hire, onboard, and manage project teams for every project for which you are responsible
- Establish and monitor KPIs, track project performance, and implement improvements
- Manage supplier and client relationships, conduct regular meetings, and resolve issues or escalations
- Allocate budgets and resources across projects, ensuring cost control and efficiency
- Review and approve technical solutions to ensure alignment with client needs and company standards
- Supervise and mentor team leads, coordinating work across departments
- Ensure compliance with data security, operational policies, and contractual requirements
