74,800 - 91,400

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
Are you a self-motivated, solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about change management? We have an exciting opportunity within our Change Management team!
Our team strives to promote, deploy and monitor best practices and major change initiatives by providing training, tools, data, support and coaching to the organization. We aim to provide an integrated view of all initiatives while highlighting changes and their impacts on stakeholders in an interactive way.
As a Change Management Advisor, you will work collaboratively with your Change Management colleagues and stakeholders to track and monitor change efforts nationally, provide an overview of change activity volumes, and implement change management initiatives or transformation projects.
What you'll do here:
- Accurately track large and small change activities and leverage existing tools to provide valuable insights to the organization
- Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to be shared with various levels of leadership
- Work closely with Change Management colleagues to conduct stakeholder and impact analyses in partnership with business partners
- Work with the organization and Change Management colleagues to prepare and coordinate change management plans and strategies
- Act as a liaison with key individuals in other areas affected by the changes being implemented
- Collaborate with the Communications and Training teams on internal communications, information and engagement activities, as well as the development of training materials
- Participate in project meetings, workshops and other activities requiring the presence of the Change Management Advisor
- Help facilitate the change management training required for various levels of the organization
- Develop a strong change mindset and maintain discipline in the use of change management methodologies and tools
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management
- Natural curiosity and the ability to explore complex issues and concepts in depth
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills to overcome resistance to change
- Experience implementing complex, large-scale projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong initiative and accountability in delivering on commitments, even under tight deadlines
- Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country

Compensation: Salary and bonus aligned with the salary range for an intermediate-level position, with the possibility of adjustment based on the selected candidate's experience and skills.
