Full Job Description
A dynamic Senior Solutions Specialist is needed to lead Finance and Operations initiatives within a cloud-based ERP environment. This role focuses on the continued evolution, integration, and management of enterprise financial and professional services automation (PSA) solutions. Acting as both a technical and functional lead, you will bridge business, finance, and technology teams to maximize the value of digital platforms and ensure operational excellence. The position blends solution architecture, technical support, stakeholder engagement, and application stewardship to deliver seamless, data-driven performance across the organization.

Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience with ERP/PSA systems such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) on Salesforce.
  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance processes (AP, AR, revenue recognition, WIP, backlog reporting).
  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent technical role.
  • Proven record of supporting and improving enterprise applications in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency with project and delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
  • Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business audiences.

What the Client Needs You to Do

You will serve as the functional and technical authority for ERP and PSA systems, ensuring their reliability, integration, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The role requires translating stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions, optimizing financial and operational workflows, and promoting best practices for digital adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Integrate Solutions: Design, implement, and enhance ERP and PSA modules to support Finance, Resource Management, and Operations functions.
  • Advise and Enable: Guide business and technology teams on functionality, cost, and risk tradeoffs while promoting value-driven system use.
  • Manage Applications: Oversee system performance, implement enhancements, and manage upgrades to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and security of financial and operational data within the system.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as liaison between business, finance, and IT to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver clear solutions.
  • Lead Change and Adoption: Conduct training sessions, produce user documentation, and encourage consistent process adoption across departments.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Provide advanced system support, resolve integration challenges, and maintain technical documentation.
