You'll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.
The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.
Your RoleAs a consultant in the Business Technology team, you will partner CIOs and senior technology leaders to shape enterprise-wide technology and platform strategies, embedding AI into large-scale transformations and guiding organizations toward modern, product-centric, and cloud-enabled operating models.
- Partner with CIOs and senior leaders to define enterprise technology and platform strategies across CRM, ERP, cloud, AI, and digital ecosystems
- Lead strategy engagements (≈12 weeks) that deliver board-ready roadmaps and investment business cases
- Embed AI holistically into transformation initiatives, including AI architecture and integration into core enterprise systems
- Advise on IT and product-centric operating models, agile delivery, and how IT should operate in an AI-driven environment
- Shape cloud strategies focused on optimization, innovation enablement, and AI/data leverage
Your Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Required Experience
2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or technology advisory with meaningful client delivery exposure
Foundation in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, or large-scale technology transformation
Knowledge of cloud strategy beyond lift-and-shift, including how cloud enables innovation and AI
Exposure to AI architecture and how AI integrates with data platforms and enterprise applications
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level recommendations
Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
