- New hires work closely with senior traders - analyzing risks and rewards, exploring new strategies, collaborating with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models.
- Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, and integrate them into our trading strategies and systems.

Annual Base Salary: $300,000. Total compensation packages consist of base salary and a discretionary bonus.
