Campus Director

Campus Director - AoPS Academy Cambridge
Build a Campus Where Motivated Students Thrive

Some students are happiest when the work is hard, the questions are deep, and the people around them share their enthusiasm for learning. AoPS Academy exists for those students.

As Campus Director of AoPS Academy Cambridge campus, you will lead a community built around intellectual curiosity and meaningful mathematical challenge. You will bring together exceptional teachers, motivated students, and families who believe young people are capable of far more than they are often asked to do. You will set the tone for the campus, champion AoPS's academic mission, and help make the Cambridge Campus a place where students feel known, inspired, and excited to stretch themselves.
The Opportunity

The AoPS Academy Campus Director at our Cambridge campus leads a vibrant, dynamic enrichment program where each day brings new opportunities to engage students, mentor instructors, and solve meaningful challenges. In addition to being the academic leader of the campus, you will lead a team to engage with families of both current and prospective students, growing campus enrollments, and ensuring a thriving learning community.

This might be the right job for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving problems creatively while guiding others to do the same, and have the academic vision and leadership capability to grow a problem solving culture among staff, students, and their families.

If you're passionate about cultivating critical thinking, challenging students to solve complex math problems, and inspiring a love of deep learning, we want to hear from you!

Work Schedule

AoPS Academy is an after-school program, so most classes and many campus responsibilities take place during evenings and weekends. Campus Directors therefore work a nontraditional schedule during the school year and should be present during the hours when students, families, and instructors are most active.

Summer operations typically follow a more traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule.
