JOB TITLE: Café Manager

Full-Time Management Position, Reporting to the Regional General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to -day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, Cleanliness, Sanitation Standards, Safety, Staff Training, Scheduling, Supervising, Cost Control, Maintaining and monitoring inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Positive, thoughtful and approachable
• Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
• A history in casual dining management - minimum of five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager.
• Food Safe Manager Certification

Location: Arlington, VA, Vienna, VA, and D.C.

Salary: From $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 total yearly compensation package including salary, performance bonuses, 401k matching, and benefits. Upward mobility in a fast growing company.
