Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience with vendor negotiation skills
• APICS or ISM certification (e.g., CPIM, CPSM) preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience with an SAP system is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for production alignment
• Monitor and maintain material pipeline, resolving supply issues proactively
• Ensure material availability to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Leverage supplier terms to minimize material liability and optimize costs
• Generate and manage Purchase Orders following pricing and conditions
• Ensure supplier compliance with agreements and performance expectations
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for various components and materials
