We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a program manager for our trade order management systems, covering all asset classes globally for our 24-hour trading desk. The candidate will work directly with portfolio management teams, the trading team, operations, and technology to ensure an effective and streamlined trading process. A significant part of the candidate's responsibility will be to implement a new order management system across the firm. The candidate should be able to run multiple projects in parallel, understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritize projects and tasks while ensuring that we achieve our long-term strategic goals. Experience • Experience in implementation of large-scale trading technology, preferably order management systems • Solid understanding of trading platforms and processes, including OMSs, EMSs, and post-trade systems • Knowledge of the full trade life cycle (including execution and post-trade) across equities, futures, FX, fixed income, CDS, and options • Experience with Fidessa, Charles River, or similar platforms • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage needs of a diverse user base including portfolio managers, traders, and operations • Strong project management experience with multiple successful deployments • Well-organized, detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures • Familiarity with Agile framework and previous software development experience preferred
