Job Description
Own how the Sage brand shows up across North America, and build the team that brings it to life. As Director, Brand & Integrated Campaigns, you'll be the custodian of a brand in transformation while leading full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable commercial results.
As a strategic leader, in this role, you'll set the direction for brand and integrated campaigns across North America, bring Brand, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Corporate Affairs together around fewer, bigger, and more impactful programs, and work alongside Sage's growing in-house creative capability.
Location Requirement: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market)
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a custodian of the Sage brand in North America, developing long-term brand strategy while leading major campaigns aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
• Shape and lead full-funnel programs that connect awareness, consideration, and preference with engagement, demand generation, and commercial outcomes.
• Drive campaign strategies that engage and convert both in-market buyers and future buyers who aren't in market yet.
• Turn business and market priorities into clear campaign strategies, including audience, proposition, messaging, creative, customer journey, and channel approach.
• Lead integrated campaign strategy across paid media, content, social, PR, corporate affairs, customer advocacy, events, sponsorship, and experiential, aligning every channel around shared audiences and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Performance Marketing and Product Marketing to connect brand campaigns with vertical GTM, ABX, demand generation, and product priorities.
• Ensure Sage's measurement framework is incorporated across all campaigns, with clear objectives and KPIs covering both brand and commercial performance.
• Use customer insight, market intelligence, campaign data, and experimentation to guide investment decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Own campaign planning and governance across North America, setting priorities, the integrated campaign calendar, and the standards for launch readiness and post-campaign reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing campaigns team.
• Oversee creative and agency partners where needed, so the work is distinctive, relevant to North American audiences, and true to the Sage brand.
• Build strong relationships with North America Marketing and Sales leaders so campaigns support regional growth priorities.
• Champion integrated approaches to marketing, reducing fragmented activity and bringing teams together around fewer, bigger, and more impactful programs.
Success means North America campaigns that grow brand awareness, consideration, and preference while driving measurable audience progression, engagement, demand, and commercial contribution. You'll also be accountable for making campaigns more integrated, measurable, and effective across our North America marketing team.
