Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-6 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in electrical/power distribution/construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project and/or ERP tools (SAP preferred).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required), Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with busway systems and power distribution solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead busway system projects from contract review to close-out, aligning with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, execution plans, and risk registers; drive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate execution with Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Site teams.
• Manage customer/contractor communication, conduct frequent status meetings, and provide comprehensive project reports.
• Support pricing activities; prepare and validate quotations and change orders as required.
• Oversee procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and site installation to ensure milestone achievement.
• Ensure documentation control, quality standards, and compliance with safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project close-out, including punch list resolution and customer acceptance.
