Role Overview

This is a highly strategic and senior role designed exclusively for a seasoned expert with a proven track record in building and scaling sales channels, leading complex customer engagement and cultivating executive relationships across multiple regions inside and outside Orange Business. 

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with deep experience in sales and go-to-market strategy, consulting, IT integration, capable of driving indirect revenue growth from zero to 150M within three years.

This role demands a unique blend of technical mastery, strategic vision, and commercial / sales  leadership profile that combines hands-on experience in consultative selling, digital transformation, and partner ecosystem development with very strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Channel Creation & Growth

  • Design and execute the comprehensive strategy for developing Orange indirect sales channels across Americas and beyond, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop high-value partners (system integrators, resellers, alliances) with a focus on long-term, scalable revenue.
  • Co-create innovative go-to-market models, including contribution to JVPs, pricing, contractual frameworks, and product positioning, tailored to the indirect ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement a robust pipeline to grow revenue from 0 to 150M within three years, leveraging deep market insights and strategic partnerships.

2. Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, both internally and externally, fostering trust-based relationships across regions.
  • Lead executive engagements to position Orange as a trusted partner and thought leader.
  • Collaborate with partners' sales, marketing and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and ensure seamless execution.

3. Practice & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing practice (virtual) team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
  • Enhance the partner ecosystem, including internal subsidiaries, affiliates, and external alliances, to maximize joint value creation.

4. Market & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Orange at industry events, analyst forums, and customer summits, positioning the company as a global leader.
  • Publish strategic insights, participate in analyst reviews, and contribute to Oranges reputation as a world-class innovator.
 

About you

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 15+ years in at least of the following tracks - sales, consulting, digital transformation, product business development and / or indirect sales/channel development within telecom, IT and digital services.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor direct or indirect teams, with a focus on high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, and P&L management.
  • Technical & Business Mastery: Extensive expertise in Orange Business core business - connectivity, security, cloud and IOT.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional at building trust with C-level stakeholders and driving executive-level engagements both inside and outside Orange Business
  • Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Unique Qualifications & Differentiators

  • Proven track record of creating and executing multi-region go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex technological innovations into compelling business value for executive audiences and partners.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from scratch  
  • Experience in building and managing partner ecosystems 
  • Successful experience is building-up a new go-to-market and associated activities from scratch.
